Developing Canadian talent – Official Languages Activities program Four fiction feature projects supported by Écrire au long and Feature It! reach the first draft phase

Montreal, March 13, 2008 – Telefilm Canada is pleased to announce that four projects from the first phases of pre-development of the Écrire au long and Feature It! initiatives were selected to participate in Initiative 3 – Project Development. “Telefilm wishes to bring a great diversity of voices, sources and stories to our screens, said Michel Pradier, Director – French Operations and Quebec Office at Telefilm. “That is why our office is proud to support the development of creative talent from regional and official-language minority communities. Their contribution to our culture is essential.”
